Our Dentists

DR. WILLIAM NOLL

Dentist

Dr. Noll originally grew up in Moscow, Pennsylvania where he graduated from North Pocono High School. Following high school Dr. Noll attended Temple University where he completed his undergraduate degree in Biology followed by continuing his education at Temple for his degree in Dentistry. After graduation, Dr. Noll completed a General Practice Residency at the Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown where he gained experience in all aspects of general dentistry. He has been practicing in the central Pennsylvania area since 2014. Dr. Noll specializes in making patients feel comfortable and easing patients’ dental concerns by using education and communication to build relationships.

When he’s not practicing dentistry Dr. Noll can be found spending time with his family. He is an avid outdoorsman, spending his time hunting, fishing, and camping. His wife, Katelyn, and their 2 children love to be on the move. They enjoy spending time outside at their home together, taking the family hiking, or visiting the local parks with their children.

DR. DEVIN CASTER

Dentist

Dr. Devin Caster grew up in Orange County, California prior to relocating to central Pennsylvania. He received his undergraduate degree from California State University Long Beach prior to attending Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine in Glendale, Arizona where he received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. After graduation, Dr. Caster went on to complete an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency program at Langley Air Force Base in Hampton, Virginia. He served as a Captain in the United States Air Force as a general dentist while stationed at Vandenberg Air Force Base in northern Santa Barbara County, California.

Dr. Caster enjoys staying on the cutting edge of dental technology and treatment by regularly attending dental continuing education courses. The Academy of General Dentistry awarded him Fellowship in 2019, and he strives to provide only the best care to his patients. Dr. Caster is dedicated to providing his patients with comprehensive dentistry that will optimize their oral health.

In his spare time, Dr. Caster enjoys traveling, playing guitar, snowboarding, and spending time with family and friends. He and his wife have two daughters and two dogs.

DR. CHAITALI THAKKER

Dentist

Dr. Thakker is a dedicated and compassionate general dentist with a diverse background in patient care and a passion for continuous learning in the field of dentistry. Originally from India, Dr. Thakker earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Pacific Dental College and Hospitals in Udaipur, India before pursuing her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) School of Dentistry.

After completing her education, Dr. Thakker moved to Pennsylvania with her husband, where she spent several years working at Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC), gaining invaluable experience working with diverse patient populations. She has recently joined Noll Family Dentistry where she continues to provide exceptional care tailored to each patient’s unique needs and goals. Dr. Thakker is deeply committed to staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in dentistry and continuously incorporates them into her practice to provide the best possible care.

Outside of office, Dr. Thakker loves spending quality time with her husband and children, traveling and exploring new places. These experiences fuel her passion for connecting with people from all walks of life.
